1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping across the U.S., including P.O. Boxes, but we do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS, and the carrier is randomly assigned. We currently do not support carrier selection. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
