  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items may not be eligible for returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

      Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., undergarments, beauty products)
